流水线为固定式机电分离结构、半封闭结构,主要由机械系统、磁化电源、电气控制系统、电极夹持系统、磁化机构(周向通电、纵向线圈)、磁悬液喷洒回收系统、荧光照明系统、退磁系统、整体暗室等几部分组成。适用于以湿式磁粉法检测连杆工件的表面及近表面因材料、锻压、淬火、加工、疲劳等原因引起的裂纹和各种细微缺陷。

It is suitable for detecting cracks and various minor defects on the surface and near surface of connecting rod workpieces caused by materials, forging, quenching, processing, fatigue and other reasons by wet magnetic particle method.
该流水线设备具有自动、手动两种运行模式,由可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)对设备集中控制。手动时,可进行每个动作的单步独立操作;自动时,该设备自动执行PLC内部程序,根据连杆工件,采用不同的辅助工具(托架及夹具)。该设备采用交流磁化方式,带断电相位控制,具有较高剩磁稳定度,既适用于连续法探伤检测,又适用于剩磁法探伤检测。复合磁化在工件上形成叠加磁场,一次性全方位显示磁迹,具有较高的检测效率。同时配置合格的退磁机,将稳定的剩磁退干净。
The pipeline equipment has two operation modes of automatic and manual, and is controlled centrally by a programmable logic controller (PLC). For manual operation, single-step independent operation of each action can be performed; When automatic, the equipment automatically executes PLC internal programs, and different auxiliary tools (brackets and clamps) are adopted according to connecting rod workpieces. The equipment adopts AC magnetization mode with power-off phase control and has high remanence stability, which is suitable for both continuous flaw detection and remanence flaw detection. The composite magnetization forms a superimposed magnetic field on the workpiece and displays magnetic traces in all directions at one time, thus having higher detection efficiency. At the same time, a qualified demagnetizer is configured to clean up the stable remanence.
