CYD-3000/5000移动式磁粉探伤机，能对被探伤制件进行交流或直流磁化和自动退磁，能作连续法和剩磁法探伤；大尺寸制件分段局部磁化。采用逻辑电路和电子时间控制电路，带断电相位控制器，剩磁稳定，自动退磁能从所用磁化电流逐渐衰减到零，使剩磁消失，操作方便、效果好。调整可控硅导通角的大小来调整磁化、退磁电流的大小 适用于石油化工、冶金、船舶、电力、铁路、汽车、机械修理等行业的各类压力容器、金属结构件、铸造件、锻造件、焊接件、热处理件、各种零部件探伤。
